TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Here you will find the Terms and Conditions which shall apply to your use of the Service.
By using the Service You agree to be bound by the Conditions which shall form a legal agreement between us.
1. Definitions
"Full Season ticket" means the fee You must pay us in advance for a Subscription Contract until June 30th 2007.
"Half Season ticket" means the fee You must pay in advance for a Subscription Contract of 20 weeks.
?Monthly Season ticket? means the fee You must pay in advance for a Subscription Contract for 30 days.
"Service" means Confernce Football TV online broadband content service which provides football video clips on your PC. It includes the Registration Areas and the Subscription Areas.
"Offer Pages" mean the pages on the Conference Football TV Broadband site and within the Registration Areas which notify the User of the current Subscription Fees and offers for the Service.
"Subscription Contract" means the contract formed between us on the date upon which You subscribe to the Subscription Areas and as set out in these Conditions.
"Subscription Fee" means the Monthly, Half Season, Annual Subscription Fee You must pay us to provide access to the Subscription Areas
"You/Your" means you, the User of the Service.
"User" means a visitor to Conference Football TV (the pages to be found at conferencefootball.tv or www.footballconference.tv ), a registered user to the Service (where you have registered your personal details with us and have access to the Registration Areas), or a subscriber to the Service (where you pay a Subscription Fee and have access to the Subscription Areas of the Service).
2. Use of the Service
2.1
You shall be responsible for installing the necessary software to view the video content. We recommend that you install Windows Media Player software. We shall have no responsibility for the operation of any such software.
2.2
You are not permitted to send any content from the Service to other people. Your rights shall be limited to the viewing of files for non-commercial purposes.
2.3
You are responsible for keeping Your password secure and confidential.
2.4
When accessing and using the Registration and Subscription Areas You shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the country from which You access the Registration and Subscription Areas.
3. Subscription
3.1
The Subscription Fee payable by You is as set out on the Offer Pages as at the date You subscribe or such amended amount. The relevant fee(s) will be processed by us against Your Debit Card, Mastercard or Visa credit card number provided to us in Your subscription application.
4. The Service
4.1
We reserve the right to alter without notice the content, presentation and/or facilities of the Service.
4.2
We may offer you additional services as part of Your Subscription.
5. Our Liability
5.1
Any material streamed or otherwise obtained by You from the Service is done at Your own risk and on the basis that You will be solely responsible for any damage to Your computer system or loss of data that results from any such activity.
5.2
We will endeavour to provide the Service using all reasonable care. We will not be responsible or liable for the fitness for a particular purpose of the Service or for any other loss or damage that You or any third party may suffer as a result of using or in connection with Your use of, or inability to use, the Service. We do not promise that the Service will operate without interruption or delay or will be error free, free of viruses or bugs or compatible with any other software or material.
6. Copyright and Trademark
6.1
All copyright, trade marks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of the Service shall remain at all times vested in us or, where applicable, The Football Conference. You will not, and You will not assist or facilitate any third party to, copy, reproduce, transmit, distribute, frame, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material or content or in any way infringe intellectual property or other rights pertaining to such material or content.
7. Termination
7.1
We shall be entitled to suspend or terminate Your access to any part of the Service at any time should You breach these Conditions
7.2
We may, at our own discretion, terminate Your Subscription Contract upon giving You one month's notice by e-mail.
8. Privacy
8.1
We shall comply with all applicable UK data protection legislation from time to time in place in respect of any personal information relating to You gathered by Us.
8.2
Where You are asked to input certain personal information about Yourself in order for Us to provide the Registration and Subscription Areas to You, You are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of such information and You warrant and undertake to us that all such information is true and correct. We will not use the information You provide to Us for any purpose, other than as stated on Your subscription application.
8.3
We reserve the right to request supporting documentation to verify personal information in our absolute discretion.
8.4
You must notify us immediately by e-mail to [email protected] of any change in Your personal details or if You wish to withdraw Your consent to Our using Your User Information for the stated purposes.
9. Changes to these Terms and Conditions
9.1
We may change these Terms and Conditions on one month's notice. Your continued use of the Service will constitute acceptance of such changes.
