Wembley to host Finals
The New Wembley

The FA have announced that the FA Trophy and FA Vase Finals will take place at the new Wembley stadium on 12th and 13th May.

The fixtures will take place in front of a capped capacity and will both serve as part of the build up to the official grand opening on 19th May, for the FA Cup Final.

Brent Council has awarded the stadium a general safety certificate, following the success of two test events - including last Saturday's Under-21 match when England played host to Italy.

The certificate now enables Wembley to host events with up to 90,000 spectators present.
