Software and Hardware Requirements:

The video is available for Windows Media player.

To properly view this webcast in either format, you need to have the following minimum system configuration:

PROBLEM: I can't hear it
Q: Can you hear any other media playing on your computer?
A:
If not then there is a problem with your computer hardware/software.
Speak to your System Administrator.

PROBLEM: It doesn't work
Q: Do you have the right hardware and software (see above)?
A:
If no, then check the hardware requirements and re-install the latest version of the software.
Q: Does Windows Media/ Player open when you click the link in your browser?
A:
If not, re-install the latest version of the software.
Q: If the player opens, does it connect to the stream?
A:
If not then there is probably a firewall or a local network problem.

PROBLEM: Are you behind a firewall?
A:
If you access the Internet through a proxy server (i.e. through a firewall), you will need to make the following changes to the software you have installed.

Windows Media Player (V6.4) Configuration:

Click on 'View', located on the Windows Media Player toolbar.
Select 'Options'.
Click on the 'Advanced' tab.
Click 'Streaming Media (Windows Media)' to highlight.
Click the 'Change...' button.
Verify that the 'HTTP' option at the bottom of the page is checked.
If you know that your web browser is already configured to use a web proxy, select the option labeled 'Use browser proxy settings'. If you know the proxy address and port number follow these directions:

Select 'Use proxy'.
Click the 'Configure Proxy Settings' button.
Insert the proxy address and insert the correct port number, usually either 80 or 8080.
Click OK.
Click OK to return to the Advanced Options dialog box.
Click OK to return to the Windows Media Player.

Windows Media Player (V7.x) Configuration:

Click on 'Tools', located on the Windows Media Player toolbar.
Select 'Options...'.
Click on the 'Network' tab.
Verify that the 'HTTP' option is checked in the Protocols section of the window.
Highlight the 'HTTP' option in the Proxy Settings section of the window.
Select the 'Configure...' button.
If you know that your web browser is already configured to use a web proxy, select the option labeled 'Use browser proxy settings'. If you know the proxy address and port number follow these directions:

Select 'Use the following proxy server:'.
Insert the proxy address and insert the correct port number, usually either 80 or 8080.
Click OK to return to the 'Options' window.
