Nationwide Conference - Terms and conditions

The service is provided by In The Box Media (referred to as "ITB" in these terms and conditions) as a resource for accessing football content on the Internet via streaming over a broadband connection.

1. Eligibility
   You can only access the service over a broadband connection with access speeds of at least 500Kbps. Nationwide Conference is available worldwide.
2. Copyright
   ITB or its licensors own the copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights in all website design, text, graphics, icons, editorial, their selection and arrangement, all software compilations, underlying source code, software including applets), the media player and illustrations.
   The Football Conference / TFFC (The Footballers Football Channel) own the copyright to all images, audio clips and video clips, including but not limited to, trailers, TV spots and any and all audio visual materials, and other content and all other material on the Nationwide Conference website.
3. Trademarks and logos
   "ITB", "Nationwide Conference", associated logos and any other trademarks and logos on Nationwide Conference are protected as trademarks by international trademark and intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use of these trademarks and logos is strictly prohibited.
4. Use of Nationwide Conference
   You must not use Nationwide Conference Material for any purpose whatsoever other than private streaming for non-commercial viewing purposes. Making any other use of Nationwide Conference Material, including, but not limited to, reproduction, modification, distribution, republication, derivative works, transmission, re-transmission, reverse engineering, decompiling, public showing, communicating to the public or other copying without the prior written permission of ITB is strictly prohibited.
   If you download any software, including the Nationwide Conference video player, from the Nationwide Conference website, the software, including any images or files incorporated in or generated by the software, and data accompanying the software (collectively, the "Software") is subject to the limited licence set out in the paragraph above. ITB or the licensor of the software (as the case may be) retains all right, title, interest and intellectual property rights in the Software. You may not distribute, sell, or transmit the Software and you are not permitted to alter, modify or adapt the Software in any way, including but not limited to translating, decompiling, reverse engineering, disassembling, or creating derivative works of it.
5. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
   Information, documents and the Software provided on Nationwide Conference are provided "as found" and without any warranties, other than those imposed by law. ITB and its licensors use reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on Nationwide Conference. However, neither ITB nor its licensors make any representations as to such information's accuracy or completeness. Your use of Nationwide Conference (including the Software) is at your own risk. Neither ITB nor its licensors seek to limit liability for death or personal injury as a result of their negligence, or to exclude any liability that is prohibited from being excluded by law. Other than such liability, ITB and its licensors shall have no liability (whether in negligence or otherwise) for any loss not reasonably foreseeable by them when you accept these terms and conditions even if they or their authorised representatives have been advised of the possibility of such damages, nor for any loss of opportunity, goodwill, reputation, business, revenue, profit, or savings you expected to make, wasted expenditure or data being lost or corrupted. Any liability ITB or its licensors of any sort (including liability for negligence but excluding liability for death or personal injury as a result of ITB's or its licensors' negligence) is limited to £10,000 for any event or related series of events and £20,000 for all events in any 12 month period.
6. Necessary modifications
   It may occasionally be necessary to modify, alter or even disable Nationwide Conference temporarily or permanently. You agree that neither ITB nor its licensors shall be liable to you or any third party for any such modification or suspension.
7. Payments and charges
   ITB will charge you at the prices shown on the Nationwide Conference website. ITB reserves the right to change the amount of any charges and apply new charges effective upon 14 days' prior notice. Your right to use the service is dependent upon payments being collected and processed. If payment cannot be collected in the agreed manner, ITB reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and all its obligations to you as a subscriber. It is your responsibility to safeguard your password and ensure that these terms and conditions are brought to the attention of anyone who may read, view or access Nationwide Conference Material using your password.
8. Transferability of Subscription
   ITB regrets that it is not possible to transfer your subscription to any third party, and reserves the right to prevent more than one simultaneous logon to your account.
9. Renewal and cancellation
   If you pay on a monthly basis, your service will continue until you unsubscribe at www.btclickandbuy.com. You should unsubscribe at least two days before the next payment is due to avoid being charged for the upcoming week/month.
10. Changing these terms and conditions
    ITB may change these terms and conditions at any time and will give you at least 14 days' notice by email before such changes take effect.
11. Other
    These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between In The Box Media and you relating to Nationwide Conference and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by both parties.
