Brevett signs Oxford deal
|
Rufus Brevett |
Jim Smith, manager of Nationwide Conference leaders Oxford United, has secured the services of defender Rufus Brevett until the end of the season.
The former QPR and Fulham left-back has been playing for Oxford on a month by month basis, but has finally put pen to paper on a long term deal.
"It's been good so far and I'm really enjoying my football here," Brevett told the club's official website. "It's nice to be part of a successful team and they are a good set of lads, so I'm delighted to stay and try and help.
"I feel like I'm getting a little sharper each week, having not really had a pre-season, and working with Jim Smith has been fantastic."
