Grays Athletic manager Frank Gray has reinforced his defence with the loan signing of defender Chris Plummer from League Two side Peterborough.

The 30-year-old has not been in Posh boss Keith Alexander's plans recently and has agreed to join Grays on a one-month loan deal.

Having had the experience of a season in the Conference with Barnet, Plummer could help plug the leak in the team's defence.

The former Barnet and QPR centre-back could even make his debut for Grays against lowly Forest Green Rovers on Saturday.

Frank Gray's men have won only once in their last eight games.
