Rangers return for Reid
Levi Reid

Former Port Vale midfielder Levi Reid has made a return to Nationwide Conference club Stafford Rangers after a six month absence.

The 24-year-old was released by manager Phil Robinson last year and has been playing for Vale reserves recently.

However, Reid made a surprise return to the team on Saturday afterrnoon when Stafford took on Exeter City.

"I got a call from Levi this week asking if I was looking for players," Robinson told The Sentinel.

"He told me he had seen the error of his ways and had matured and was prepared to show a proper attitude and that was music to my ears, because ability-wise, he is a very good player and if he can put that together he will be a very good addition to my squad. It is up to him to prove himself."
