Stimson praises his charges
|
Stevenage Borough boss Paul Stimson believes that his side are capable of catching York City after their win over the Minstermen at KitKat Crescent.
The single goal win takes Boro, who have three games in hand over the third-placed side, to within a victory of City.
Borough boss Stimson told BBC Sport: "It was a very important result, this gives us a chance of getting close to York."
Stimson believes that if his side had lost it would have been a mighty task to reel in City.
He continued: "If they had beaten us it would have been very hard to catch them, they would have that many points ahead."
