Shots boss rues defending

Aldershot's 3-3 draw with Tamworth and the subsequent two points dropped was the result of poor defending, according to Shots boss Terry Brown.
Veteran Marcus Gayle put in a commanding display and bagged a brace on the night, but Brown was upset that complacency at the back let the team down in the end.
Brown told BBC: "It is inexcusable not being able to hold onto a lead twice in a game but if you can't defend set-pieces then you are asking for problems.
"If you concede three goals at home then you don't deserve to win."
Aldershot would have moved up to third place on the Conference table, nine points behind Oxford, but as things stand they remain in sixth position, 11 points behind the league leaders.
