Aldershot Town manager Terry Brown has confirmed that loanees Joel Grant and Ben Harding have returned to their respective parent clubs.

Both players joined the Shots in September last year, with Ben Harding making 21 appearances (including 11 as a substitute) and Joel Grant making 18 appearances and scoring four goals.

"I would like to thank both players for their service," Brown told the club's official website.

"Both are smashing boys who I hope will be able to progress their careers at their respective clubs. They have been a pleasure to work with.

"I am hoping to make a signing of a forward this week and I also think that the supporters may have glimpsed in the five minutes or so against Grays Athletic a bit about what Karl Beckford is all about too.

"He gets on the ball, goes past the last midfield player and gets shots in from everywhere."
