Aldershot manager Terry Brown has confirmed that Jonny Dixon will have to decide for himself whether he wants to join The Shots or not.

The saga of Wycombe Wanderers striker Jonny Dixon coming to the Recreation Ground is firmly in the players hands, following the clubs official offer.

Brown told BBC SCR that he has made an official offer for the player and the decision is now down to him.

Grays Athletic have also had an offer accepted for the striker and it is believed that Stevenage Borough are also interested in securing his services.

With the January transfer window now open, the only real certainty is that Dixon will be leaving the League Two side in the coming weeks.
