Braintree release McBean

Nationwide South club Braintree Town have released Warren McBean after he failed to make an impact at Cressing Road this season.
McBean joined the Iron at the end of August but spent most of this season on the substitutes bench after failing to impress manager George Borg.
The former Farnborough Town player did his cause no favours after a below-par performance against Bognor Regis Town last month and boss Borg was not happy with his lack of commitment.
"I won't have people playing in a Braintree shirt and not putting the effort in," Borg told This is Essex.
However, with one player heading for the exit, another is hoping to re-ignite his career after being out of contention for the past few weeks.
Striker Dwayne Plummer missed the last six weeks of the season after it was revealed that he was suspended following a red card for his previous club, AFC Wimbledon.
Plummer only informed Braintree of the ban at the last minute, something that infuriated Borg at the time of the incident.
But following a clear-the-air meeting he has now forgiven the former Bristol Rovers player, after he issued an official apology to Borg, the club and its supporters.
