Burton Albion's Nigel Clough and Kidderminster's Mark Yates have been jointly awarded the Nationwide Conference manager of the month award for December.

Clough has guided the Brewers into a play-off spot after they recorded three wins in their four matches.

Yates has been rewarded for leading the Harriers in the top half of the table as they won all of their Conference fixtures in December.

Martin Hayes of Bishops Stortford and George Borg of Braintree are joint winners of the Conference South award.

Stuart Humphries of Leigh RMI is the winner in Nationwide North.
