Didcot loan for Kennet

Oxford United's Josh Kennet has joined British Gas Business Southern League Division One South & West club Didcot Town on loan until the end of the season.

The nineteen-year-old midfielder actually made his debut for Oxford in a pre-season game against Didcot, where he capped a wonderful display with a stunning 30-yard goal.

"I just want to play games and get a bit of experience," Kennet told Oxford United's official website.

"It's a good set up down at Didcot and I think Andrew Gunn came back a different player after his loan there earlier in the season.

"Hopefully I can go there, make a good impression and help Didcot get a few wins while getting a few matches under my belt."
