Former Exeter City managing director Ian Huxham has lost his claim against the club for breach of contract and unfair dismissal.

Huxham was a member of the fans' trust which took over the Conference club in 2003 but he resigned from his post in October 2005.

An employment tribunal has now ruled that he had not been constructively dismissed by the Grecians.

The club had set aside a sum of money to cover any potential pay-out, which can now be invested.
