Victory delights boss Quinn

Cambridge manager Jimmy Quinn was pleased after his side bounced back from defeat by St Albans to win 1-0 at Woking on Saturday afternoon.

"We needed that after the poor performance last week, but the lads showed a lot of character," he told BBC.

"For whatever reason, we seem to be more 'up for it' away from home - we need to turn the home form around."

He commented on his side's ability to produce that extra bit of quality to get the desired goal.

He continued: "We did a great job keeping their crowd quiet in the first half, so in the second half it was a case of producing a bit of quality to get a goal."
